1. About these terms
These terms apply to all purchases from MiniSolutions Print (print.minisolutions.org). By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages.
2. Orders and prices
Prices are charged in USD. Prices shown in other currencies are for convenience only. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, stock problems, or content that breaks section 3.
3. Your designs and content
You are responsible for everything you upload or add to a product, including images, logos and text. By placing an order, you confirm that you own this content or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law.
We may refuse to print content that we believe infringes intellectual property, or that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, defamatory or illegal. You agree to cover any claims, costs or damages we suffer because of content you supplied.
You give us permission to reproduce your content only as needed to produce and deliver your order. We will not use your personal designs for anything else without your permission.
4. Artwork and print quality
We print designs as submitted. We check artwork before printing and will try to contact you if an image looks too low quality, but we are not responsible for results caused by low-resolution files, spelling mistakes or design choices you approved. Slight color differences between screens and fabric, and small variations in print position, are normal and not defects.
5. Production and delivery
Production and delivery times are estimates, described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Import duties and taxes charged by your country are paid by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
6. Returns and refunds
Personalized items are made to your specification and can only be returned if faulty or incorrect. Our full policy is on the Returns & Refunds page. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
8. Our intellectual property
The content of this website and our ready-made designs belong to MiniSolutions Print and may not be copied, reproduced or resold without our written permission.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
