This policy explains what personal data MiniSolutions Print collects, why, and what your rights are. If you have any questions, email sales@minisolutions.org.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and what you ordered.
- Your designs: images, text and artwork you upload or create in our designer.
- Payment information: handled directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and how you use our site, collected through cookies (see below).
How we use it
- To produce, ship and support your order, and to contact you about it.
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how our site is used and to measure our advertising, only with your consent where required.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the services we need to run the store: our payment providers, shipping carriers, website hosting, email service, and (with your consent) analytics and advertising platforms such as Google and Meta. We never sell your personal data.
Your uploaded designs
Designs you upload are used only to produce your order. We keep them for up to 12 months so you can easily reorder, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
How long we keep data
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the store (for example, your cart) and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. To make a request, email sales@minisolutions.org. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Because we sell worldwide, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We only work with providers that protect it appropriately.
